2. What This Programme Is Not
• It is not a substitute for personal medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
• It does not provide individualised exercise prescriptions or replace one-to-one physiotherapy care.
• It does not claim to cure or prevent disease.
• You should continue any existing treatment plans prescribed by your GP, physiotherapist, or specialist.
• If you are unsure whether this programme is suitable for you, consult a qualified health professional before starting.
3. Who This Programme Is For
• Adults experiencing non-specific, mechanical, or persistent back pain (with or without flare-ups).
• Individuals who are medically stable and able to perform light to moderate physical activity.
• Those who want to better understand their pain and develop healthier, evidence-based habits.
• People looking for education, structure, and practical self-management strategies.
4. Who This Programme Is Not For
• Anyone with serious underlying medical conditions affecting the spine (e.g. cancer, infection, fracture, inflammatory disease).
• Individuals with new or unexplained symptoms, such as loss of bladder/bowel control, numbness in the groin, unexplained weight loss, fever, or trauma.
• People recovering from recent surgery or acute injury who have not been cleared for movement by a clinician.
• Those seeking personalised physiotherapy, hands-on treatment, or diagnostic testing.
5. Safety and Personal Responsibility
• You are responsible for ensuring that your environment is safe and suitable for light exercise.
• If you experience a sudden increase in pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or other concerning symptoms, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and safety, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refund Policy You may request a full refund at any time by emailing barney@badbackbarney.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of your request.
